Welcome to Next Object.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Next Object website, including the purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These Terms are subject to applicable laws of India, including applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

1. About Next Object

Next Object designs and manufactures storage cases, accessories, and other products primarily for photographers, studios, and creative professionals.

Our products may be:

  • Ready-to-order

  • Made to order

  • Customized

  • Manufactured according to customer-provided specifications

Because many of our products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, customization, and quantity ordered.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

  • You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, studio, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Material batches

  • Screen/display differences

  • Lighting and photography

  • Normal 3D-printing variations

  • Product revisions or improvements

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Where a product is specifically designed for a particular piece of equipment, compatibility information will be provided on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information before ordering.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Some Next Object products can be customized using information provided by the customer, including:

  • Names

  • Studio names

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Colors

  • Dimensions

  • Equipment specifications

  • Slot configurations

  • Other design requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information and files they provide are accurate.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible for customized products.

However, this does not affect your rights in relation to products that are defective, incorrectly manufactured, materially different from what was agreed, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

5. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide us with a logo, photograph, artwork, text, design, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You must not provide content that:

  • Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights

  • Violates applicable law

  • Contains unlawful or harmful material

  • Misrepresents another person or business

You grant Next Object permission to use the provided material solely to manufacture and fulfil your order.

We may refuse a customization request where we reasonably believe the requested content may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

For custom or bulk orders, pricing may be separately quoted and confirmed before production.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

An order may be cancelled or declined in circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Inability to fulfil a custom specification

  • Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious error

  • Inability to verify necessary order information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Other legitimate circumstances permitted by applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

8. Payments

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available through our website or otherwise communicated by Next Object.

For custom or bulk orders, we may require payment before production begins.

We do not consider an order confirmed for production until the applicable payment and required customization information have been received.

9. Production & Delivery

Many Next Object products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Estimated production and dispatch timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customization

  • Order quantity

  • Current production workload

  • Material availability

  • Shipping conditions

Any estimated delivery date or production period provided by us is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the stated or communicated timeframe.

Where applicable law provides a remedy for delayed delivery, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including weather, logistics disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or other events.

Where a shipment is lost, damaged, or otherwise affected during transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacement procedures are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

In particular, where a product is defective, deficient, materially different from what was advertised or agreed, or otherwise covered by applicable law, an appropriate remedy may be available even where the product was customized or made to order.

12. Product Use & Safety

Our products are designed for their stated intended purposes.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to the relevant product information.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our storage cases should not be considered:

  • Waterproof

  • Fireproof

  • Explosion-proof

  • Certified protective equipment

  • Certified safety equipment

Customers should not rely on our products as substitutes for professionally certified protective equipment where such equipment is required.

Do not use our products in applications for which they were not designed.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Next Object website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product designs

  • Product photographs

  • Graphics

  • Website content

  • Text

  • Videos

  • Original artwork

is owned by or licensed to Next Object unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our website content or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Next Object intellectual property to you.

14. Customer Feedback & Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, or other feedback about a Next Object product, you grant us permission to use that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

We will not knowingly misrepresent a customer's review or experience.

If you submit content containing another person's image, logo, personal information, or intellectual property, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission to provide it to us.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be:

  • Available

  • Error-free

  • Uninterrupted

  • Free from technical issues

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, upgrades, security, or other operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under Indian law.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including events such as:
